Position Summary: Designs and executes creative visual concepts for advertising campaigns, ensuring brand quality and consistency for clients. Key Highlights: 1. Time management, file organization, and project tracking **Position Objective** Develop and execute creative visual concepts that effectively communicate our clients' brand messages, ensuring quality, consistency, and on-time delivery. **Key Responsibilities** * Design of advertising materials for BTL, ATL, and digital campaigns (POP, booths, displays, social media, presentations, etc.). * Development of creative concepts aligned with the client's brief and strategy. * Adaptation of artwork to various formats and preparation of files for print and digital media. * Quality supervision of proofs, mockups, and final deliverables. * Coordination with Operations and suppliers to ensure proper production. * Time management, file organization, and project tracking. * Guidance and support for the Design Assistant. * Presentation of proposals and response to client feedback. **Required Profile** * Completed Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in an advertising agency, BTL, or digital marketing. * Experience in developing POP materials, booths, and campaigns. * Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere). * Basic knowledge of UX/UI (HTML5 and CSS3 preferred) **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits * Monday to Friday * Working hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm * Possibility of one remote workday per week.
