Job Summary: A telephone educational advisor who counsels prospective students regarding educational programs, follows up on inquiries, and closes enrollments. Key Highlights: 1. Evening shift with rotating days off We are seeking Telephone Educational Advisors. **We Offer:** Base salary: $12,000 monthly gross Excellent commission plan starting at $6,000 Statutory benefits from day one **(IMSS, INFONAVIT, vacation bonus, year-end bonus, vacation days)** Benefits exceeding statutory requirements **(life insurance, major medical expense insurance, savings fund, food vouchers)** PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Advise individuals interested in our educational programs Follow up on questions and concerns raised by prospective students Close enrollments. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Incomplete bachelor’s degree, currently pursuing, or completed (verifiable) * Experience: 6 months in telemarketing OR 1 year in face-to-face sales within the last 2 years, cross-selling, customer prospecting, or customer service. Evening shift: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. OR 12 p.m. to 9 p.m., with rotating weekend days off.
