Support business strategy development and track tactical execution. \- Provide visibility to enable effective commercial decisions using all available data. Develop and maintain risk management concepts and systems. Disseminate financial knowledge. Challenge the "status quo." Analyze the past to model the future. **How to make an impact** * Serve as business advisor to respective managerial functions related to the assigned vertical. * Conduct reviews of the assigned business, including monitoring and respective corrective actions, to ensure correct P&L. * Drive the investment request process and business initiatives. * Review and drive productivity measures within BO, BU, or FU. Weekly review of projects aligned with NL-agreed criteria. * Support the design and implementation of operational KPIs. * Proactively develop and propose restructuring, productivity, and cost- and expense-saving initiatives (in collaboration with Procurement and Real Estate). * Ensure pre-signature contract reviews (customers and suppliers, GCT, zero-failure process, billing SOPs, etc.). * Maintain integrity and accuracy at the level required for sound commercial decision-making. * Prepare the RFC exercise and Target process, including development of the new format without KN Goals. * Ensure billing operational procedures and timely collection of accounts receivable, zero billing difference. * Monitor credit limit requirements and conduct/review Business Case development when necessary. * Provide corresponding ICS (Internal Controls) information for the assigned site. * Support the Controller Director in month-end closing tasks, order distribution and recording, SQM, and FTEs. * Record Claims, Rebates, provisions, and review expenses during month-end closing. * Seek working capital improvement within the BU, including deferred items, billing differences, and bad debts. * Set up new Centers for new PLs, traffic codes, debtors, and Customer Mapping. * Conduct visits to all sites within the assigned vertical. **What we’d like you to bring** * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. * 2–5 years of experience leading teams, with emphasis on talent development and management. * 2–5 years of experience in Logistics Contracts. **What’s in it for you?** Join a global leader in logistics, present in over 100 countries, within an environment that fosters professional growth.
