Position Summary: We are seeking a Store Manager for PARFOIS to lead operational, administrative, and sales team management for a growing fashion accessories brand. Key Highlights: 1. We cater to trend enthusiasts who love jewelry, handbags, wallets, watches, apparel, and footwear. **BOUTIQUE MUNDO E** joins our team as: **Full-time Store Manager – 48 hours/week** **IMMEDIATE HIRING!** Responsibilities: * Operational and administrative store management * Implementation of the store’s work plan * Coordination of daily in-store activities * Supervision of visual merchandising * Staff scheduling * Monitoring store productivity metrics (average transaction value, conversion rate, product turnover, profitability, and staff turnover) * Inventory control (transfers, returns, and deliveries) * Expense, budget, and shrinkage control * Organization of the sales team regarding strategies and marketing * Enforcement of company policies and procedures * Personnel administration including staffing, employee performance, productivity, and training * Customer service and complaint resolution **REQUIREMENTS:** Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in this role within the fashion retail sector, including shopping malls, department stores, boutiques, and/or retail environments **WE OFFER:** Salary: Base salary of $15,115 monthly + Fixed monthly bonus of $2,000 + Sales commissions + Statutory benefits. SCHEDULE: Monday to Sunday, 48 hours per week (rotating shifts) 2 rotating rest days during the week.
