Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to administer and supervise demonstrators in self-service stores, with experience in METRIX and Walmart Connect projects, supporting activation reporting. Key Highlights: 1. Administration and supervision of personnel in self-service stores 2. Experience with METRIX and Walmart Connect projects 3. Weekend availability is essential * Collaborate with the Senior Account Executive to manage a pool of 100 demonstrators in self-service stores. * Experience with METRIX * Prior experience managing Walmart Connect projects is mandatory * Monitor pre-payroll submissions * Distribute POP (Point-of-Purchase) materials * Support weekend activation reporting (Saturday and Sunday, 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM) * **Weekend availability is mandatory, as activations run from Friday to Sunday; Wednesday is the designated day off.** * **A semi-annual performance bonus is provided.** ***PAYMENT BY FEES*** Position Type: Full-time, Seasonal Contract Duration: 6 months Salary: $15,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Flexible working hours * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Remote work Work Location: Hybrid remote work in 03900, San José Insurgentes, CDMX
