Position Summary: We are seeking a Training and Development Analyst to ensure that staff possess the competencies and skills aligned with the organization’s mission, vision, and values, while promoting a healthy organizational environment. Key Highlights: 1. Manage the training program and identify training needs. 2. Coordinate trainers and measure training effectiveness. 3. We are looking for a ***Training and Development Analyst*** responsible for ensuring that organizational staff possess competencies and skills aligned with the organization’s mission, vision, and values, and for implementing initiatives that foster a healthy organizational environment. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, and/or Business Management. * Minimum 2 years of experience in training and development. * Knowledge of STPS laws and regulations. * Application of Training Needs Assessment. * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law. * Proactive and dynamic. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage the training program. * Identify training needs. * Evaluate training providers. * Coordinate internal trainers. * Measure training effectiveness. * Coordinate internal client meetings. * Follow up on Organizational Communication. * Manage socio\-cultural activities supporting organizational development. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits from Day 1 * Direct employment contract with the company and full IMSS contributions * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements.
