Requirements: * Completed high school diploma or incomplete bachelor’s degree. * Minimum 5 years of experience as a Retail Store Supervisor (NOT sales promoter). * Verifiable employment letters or certificates. * Experience in sales metrics, retail sales techniques, physical inventory control and counting, and supervision of operational staff. * Willingness to travel. **Responsibilities**: * Visit local and out-of-town branches to ensure compliance with policies and commercial plans. * Identify areas for improvement in store image, service, cleanliness, and commercial execution. * Supervise and audit shrinkage and operational processes. * Coordinate and validate reliable physical inventories. * Evaluate performance of store managers, assistant managers, and sales associates. * Ensure branch-level budget compliance. * Supervise proper merchandising execution. * Collaborate with support departments (HR, Management, IT, Treasury). * Train and consolidate work teams. * Resolve operational incidents and propose process improvements. * Support operational activities when necessary. * Conduct administrative and operational audits. * Shrinkage control. * Proficiency in commercial performance indicators (average transaction value, inventory turnover, stock levels, etc.). * Effective communication and problem-solving skills. **We Offer:** * Base salary of $22,000 gross per month (paid biweekly via Banorte). * Training in the Friedman methodology. * Financial incentive for effective shrinkage management across assigned stores. * Statutory benefits from day one: \*15 days’ year-end bonus, \*12 vacation days, \*25% vacation premium. \*Profit-sharing. * 100% IMSS registration. * Direct employment with the company. * Per diems (meals, accommodation, and transportation). **Schedule:** * Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. * Availability for opening or closing supervision. * Sunday off. * One-hour lunch break.
