Being part of a growing company At **XTREME PARK**, we are looking for talent to join our team as: **PAYROLL ANALYST** If you have solid experience in payroll administration and seek stability in a dynamic environment, this is your opportunity to become part of a growing amusement park. **We Offer:** * Gross monthly base salary of $15,000 * Statutory benefits * Food vouchers worth $1,500 * Work schedule from Monday to Friday (8 hours) * Direct employment contract with the company * Corporate benefits **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll processes * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency * High attention to detail and organizational skills * Essential knowledge: * Proficiency in SUA and IDSE systems * Preparation of payroll for teams of approximately 300 employees * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT) * Calculation and payment of taxes (ISR, IMSS, among others) * Administration of food vouchers * Payroll ERP system proficiency * Processes related to severance payments, settlements, and employee terminations **Main Responsibilities:** * Weekly and biweekly payroll preparation * Tax calculation and payment * IMSS payment management * Employee support and follow-up * Employee onboarding and offboarding * Generation of reports and indicators (KPIs) for Management and Executive Leadership If you meet the profile and seek professional development within a stable company, we invite you to apply and become part of a work experience focused on operational excellence.
