




Position Summary: Collaborate with the tax and legal departments to manage documentation for logistics, distribution, and maintenance operations, ensuring up-to-date files for administrative processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage physical and digital documentation for tax procedures. 2. Validate goods flow and control logistics deliverables. 3. Conduct fixed asset audits and provide advisory services to clients. **OBJECTIVE** Collaborate with the tax and legal departments to manage documentation for logistics, distribution, maintenance, and related activities, ensuring physical and digital files are current and available for administrative procedures before the Tax Administration Service (SAT). **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Prepare and maintain updated physical and digital client documentation to respond to any type of fiscal administrative procedure. * Monitor assigned tasks within established deadlines. * Goods Flow Validation: Verify that CFDIs for goods purchases include their respective Carta Porte (complement) and tracking guides demonstrating physical movement. * Logistics Deliverables Control: Review and validate "delivery notes", warehouse receipts, and inventory reports to ensure purchased/sold items physically entered or exited the client's facilities. * Fixed Asset Audit: Cross-check the accounting fixed asset list against physical existence (labeling, location, and condition), essential for demonstrating the company's infrastructure. * Generally provide advisory services to clients and team members. * Digital and Physical File Management: Implement a logical filing system for assigned client files to enable quick and efficient retrieval.
