Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in serving SME customers and billing to manage requests, files, and equipment deliveries. Key Highlights: 1. Tracking of equipment deliveries We are looking for someone with experience in **SME Customer Service and Billing** to join our team! **Main Responsibilities:** * Follow-up on requests for contracting or renewing lines for Commercial Partners. * Input and management of files. * Tracking of equipment deliveries to end users. * Billing of equipment (Corporate and/or Business accounts). * Consolidation of serial numbers. * Sending delivery acknowledgments for equipment. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Immediate availability. * Intermediate Excel skills (database handling and data cross-referencing). **We Offer:** * Working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 7:00 pm (weekends off). * Base salary of $9,582.47 monthly gross. * Punctuality and attendance bonuses of $300 each. * Statutory benefits. * Paid training.
