**Position Objective** Ensure comprehensive inventory control and efficient operation of the central warehouse (CEDIS) and branch warehouses through standardized processes, use of specialized software, and establishment of a centralized CEDIS. The position aims to eliminate disorganization, shrinkage, and losses, guaranteeing precise logistics flow of supplies to production and branches. **General Responsibilities** * Oversee operations of the central warehouse (CEDIS) and branch warehouses. * Implement and manage inventory control software. * Design and standardize processes for receipt, dispatch, storage, and physical control of supplies. * Coordinate with Production for supply replenishment and shrinkage control. * Ensure distribution logistics to the 3 branches. * Submit weekly reports to General Management and to the Accounting and Administration Managers. **Specific Activities and Tasks** * Design and implement CEDIS infrastructure (layout, storage arrangement, cold rooms, security). * Define maximum, minimum, and reorder point policies for each supply item. * Record receipts and dispatches in specialized software (e.g., SAP Business One, Oracle NetSuite, Aspel SAE, Microsip). * Conduct cyclical and full inventories with photographic evidence and digital reports. * Control shrinkage: register, justify, and obtain authorization from Production and Administration. * Supervise transportation logistics and transfer of supplies to each branch. * Verify that each branch maintains sufficient stock without overstocking. * Review returns and expirations, documenting responsible parties and root causes. * Generate inventory and consumption reports for Accounting and Administration. * Train warehouse staff on software usage and control protocols. * Coordinate with Procurement to validate purchase orders based on actual stock levels and Production requirements. * Physically inspect cold rooms, refrigerators, and storage areas. * Establish efficient delivery routes from the CEDIS to branches. * Supervise safety, hygiene, and control conditions in storage areas. * Validate incoming shipments against purchase orders and report discrepancies. **Obligations and Scope** * No supply dispatch shall occur without an authorized, numbered requisition. * Maintain a minimum 98% accuracy rate between physical inventory counts and system records. * Immediately report inventory discrepancies to General Management. * Ensure deliveries to Production and branches are accompanied by a numbered document and digital proof of delivery. * Be directly responsible for physical and documentary control of the CEDIS and satellite warehouses. * Ensure internal and external audits are conducted using complete and reliable information. **Required Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * 5+ years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the restaurant or food industry. * Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Aspel SAE, Contpaq i, Microsip). * Proven experience in CEDIS implementation and management. * Solid knowledge of multi-branch distribution logistics. * Leadership, effective communication, and operational control skills. * Ability to design and document standardized processes. * Experience managing work teams and training personnel.
