Validate regulatory compliance and monitor KPIs. * **Position:** Quality Assistant * **Department:** Quality / Logistics / Transportation * **Reports to:** Administration Manager / Operations Manager / Operations Coordinator * **Age: 25 to 40 years** Job Objective Ensure compliance with quality standards in transportation processes by monitoring operations, verifying service conditions, and supporting continuous improvement to guarantee efficient, compliant processes aligned with internal and regulatory requirements. Main Responsibilities * Verify that transportation units meet quality, safety, and cleanliness standards. * Inspect documentation (waybills, logs, checklists, delivery evidence, maintenance packages, trip packages). * Support internal and external audits of the transportation area. * Prepare incident reports, non-conformity reports, and corrective action reports. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). * Validate compliance with regulations (e.g., applicable Mexican NOMs, road safety, customer requirements). * Support basic training on quality processes and good practices. * Document procedures and maintain up-to-date operational information.
