Key role in monitoring and controlling operations **Job Description:** Education Level: Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field Industry: Company specializing in manufacturing vehicle interior seats and accessories Experience: Minimum 1 year as Production Assistant or Team Leader (preferably in manufacturing companies) Requirements: Basic Office software skills, intermediate Excel. Basic English (preferred) RESPONSIBILITIES: · Record production rates, ensure forms are properly completed and production orders reconciled · Print and deliver production traveler forms to cutting · Deliver supplies to operational staff (most frequent items, as indicated on the list) · Coordinate work in cleaning and inspection areas, and assign materials · Print traceability labels · Monitor workstations to ensure they have material for production · Manually close production orders · Support (as required) with loading carpet pallets to workstations · Load sewing production data · Load sewing defect data · Enter carpet shipments into the system (CSV format) · Remove carpet labels from the system · Measure time and motion and update standards / production rates · Implement improvement initiatives to increase production rates · Serve as backup for Production Supervisor Schedule: (Lunch break: 40 minutes) · Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:30 PM · Friday: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM Work Location: Av. de las Partidas, Parque Industrial La Bomba, Lerma de Villada, Toluca We Offer: · Statutory benefits from the first day of employment · Monthly gross salary: $13,800 · Attendance bonus · Free uniforms · Grocery vouchers Employment Type: Full-time Benefits: * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $13,800.00–$14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
