Comprehensive inventory management **Inventory Supervisor** **Requirements:** * Education: High school diploma or Technical degree in Administration or related field. * Experience: **1 year in a similar position** **in the pharmaceutical industry (mandatory)** * **Availability to rotate shifts** * Preferably reside near the area (Lerma) **Knowledge and Skills:** * Product picking * Basic knowledge of SAP system * PC proficiency * Teamwork * Initiative * Commitment **Responsibilities:** * Perform rack picking of requested supplies for coding, secondary conditioning, and preparation for shipment. * Correctly identify and locate health supplies according to their status and network type, optimizing storage space. * Arrange health supplies according to the assigned storage network and status in the SAP BO system. * Conduct physical, cycle, monthly, and annual counts of health supplies for various commercial partners. * Track inventory discrepancies until resolution. * Maintain control and identification of physical inventory, ensuring location, zone, and status comply with SAP BO inventory records and distribution sheets. * Monitor compliance with the current Quality Management System (QMS) as applicable to this position. **We Offer:** * Salary: $11,000\.00 gross (monthly) * Food vouchers: 10% * Savings fund: 10% * Statutory benefits * Career growth Interested candidates must submit their CV through this same channel.
