Managing the sales pipeline and tracking KPIs **Senior Account Executive – Ground Freight – CDMX** At **Carolina Logistics Inc.**, an international transportation and logistics company headquartered in South Carolina with operations in Mexico, the USA, Canada, and Asia, we are looking for our next **Account Executive specialized in Ground Freight** to join our team in Mexico City. Requirements: * 2–4 years of experience in **sales within the logistics sector (freight forwarding, ground transportation, intermodal, cross-border)**. * Knowledge of market trends, transportation modes, and logistics solutions. * Strong prospecting, new business generation, and account development skills. * Intermediate English (optional) * Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Logistics, or related field. Key Responsibilities: * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the ground transportation sector. * Generate new business opportunities through active prospecting (calls, visits, networking). * Manage the sales pipeline and track KPIs. * Prepare and present commercial proposals aligned with client needs. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and achievement of objectives.
