**Capital Empresarial Horizonte, a Mexican company specializing in Human Resources and Information Technologies, is seeking:** **BI Insights Data Analyst** **To work in CDMX or GDL** **Hybrid model: 3 days remote, 2 days onsite** **Profile** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration) or equivalent practical experience. * **English:** Conversational — **MANDATORY** * Experience: Minimum 5 years We are looking for a BI Analyst (L2\) focused on generating insights and analyzing information! If you have experience in data analysis, dashboard creation, and SQL proficiency, this opportunity is for you. **Requirements**: * Prior experience as a **BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role**. * Solid knowledge of: * **SQL** * **Dashboard creation and analysis** * Experience **interpreting data and generating business insights**. * Ability to work with large volumes of information. * Knowledge of metrics, KPIs, and data visualization. **Responsibilities**: * Analyze information to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities. * Design and maintain dashboards and key business indicators. * Generate executive reports and strategic analyses. * Collaborate with business teams to understand information needs. * Optimize SQL queries and ensure data quality. * Transform data into actionable insights for decision-making. **Desirable**: * Experience with **BI tools** and **data visualization tools**. * Knowledge of **BigQuery, Looker, Power BI, or Tableau**. * Experience in agile environments. **We offer:** * Office working hours * 100% payroll-based employment model * Salary open to negotiation based on experience * Statutory benefits * Enhanced benefits (family SGMM, SV coverage of MXN 1 million, grocery vouchers, 30-day bonus, PTU)
