




BULE RESTAURANT Join our team—we are looking for: COOK Requirements: * Minimum 11 months of experience in a similar position, preferably in hotels or restaurants. (Cook A) * Knowledge and application of culinary techniques, food safety, and hygiene. * Proactive, dynamic, and team-oriented attitude. * Flexible availability (weekly rotating shifts). * Passion for cooking and attention to detail. * Technical degree in gastronomy, food and beverage, or related field. (Preferred) **General job responsibilities:** Assist cooks in food preparation while maintaining quality standards and presentation of dishes, in compliance with the restaurant’s established standards. * Proper handling of supplies, FIFO (First-In, First-Out) * Food preparation according to recipes. * The cook must be familiar with menus, ingredients, cooking methods, and preparation times for all dishes assigned during their shift. * Quality, timeliness, and presentation of prepared dishes. * Timely and accurate submission of food requisitions. * Hygienic handling of food. * Organization and cleanliness at the assigned station.
