**Horizonte Capital Empresarial, a Mexican company specializing in Human Resources and Information Technologies, is seeking:** **BI Data Analyst – Dashboards** **To work in CDMX or GDL** **Hybrid work model: 3 days remote, 2 days onsite** **Profile** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration) or equivalent practical experience. * **English:** Conversational level — **MANDATORY** * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years We are looking for a BI Analyst (L3\) specialized in dashboards and data analysis! If you have advanced experience in SQL, BigQuery, and visualization tools such as Looker and Looker Studio, this opportunity may be for you. **Requirements:** * Solid experience as a **BI Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or Data Analyst**. * Advanced proficiency in: * **SQL** * **Google BigQuery** * **Advanced experience in:** * Looker * Looker Studio * Development and maintenance of models in LookML * **Experience in:** * Data Pipelines * ETL processes * Data integration and transformation * Knowledge of data modeling and visualization. * Ability to work with large volumes of information. * Analytical skills and attention to detail. **Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, and maintain executive and operational dashboards. * Create data models and metrics using LookML. * Optimize SQL queries and processes in BigQuery. * Administer and monitor data pipelines and ETL processes. * Ensure data quality, consistency, and availability. * Collaborate with business areas to identify analytical and reporting needs. * Generate strategic insights from data. **We offer:** * Office working hours * 100% payroll-based employment * Salary open to negotiation based on experience * Statutory benefits * Enhanced benefits (family SGMM, SV coverage up to 1 million MXN, grocery vouchers, 30-day bonus, PTU)
