Coordination of on-site services and maintenance Job Description Responsible for serving and following up with customers after the installation of fenestration projects, coordinating warranty claims, service activities, and incident resolution to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Main Responsibilities * After-sales customer service and follow-up. * Receipt and management of warranty claims or incidents. * Coordination of on-site inspection or service visits. * Follow-up on corrections, adjustments, or maintenance tasks. * Communication between customers and operational departments. * Registration and tracking of service reports. * Preparation of service and follow-up reports. * Monitoring response times and incident closure timelines. * Support in measuring customer satisfaction. * Documentation control for warranties and completed services. Knowledge Requirements * Customer service and support. * After-sales processes. * Basic knowledge of fenestration (aluminum and glass). * Report preparation and administrative follow-up. * Proficiency in Excel and email.
