Objective: Ensure proper demand planning for products (primarily telephony and accessories), aligning purchases with actual market behavior, guaranteeing inventory targets are met, preventing obsolescence, and avoiding lost sales due to stockouts. Requirements: * Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics or related field. * Minimum of 3 years as Demand Planning Manager or in Supply Chain. * Proven experience in retail sectors. * Experience managing large volumes of SKUs and demand analysis. * Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, Power Query). * ERP systems (preferably SAP, Oracle or similar). * Knowledge of MRP management (planning). * Power BI or data visualization tools. * Strong analytical skills and results orientation. * Leadership and team management.
