If you're passionate about building robust predictive models (Forecasting) from large volumes of data and are ready for a role with direct impact on executive decision-making, we'd love to meet you! **Position Objective:** Lead the analysis of operational and financial data to build and maintain predictive models that support strategic decision-making by Management (investment, expansion, and profitability), ensuring growth is supported by the best possible data. **Responsibilities:** * Design, build, and update dynamic financial models (Forecasts, Budgeting) using operational data and key business drivers. * Extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets (using SQL or other tools) to identify patterns, trends, and growth drivers. * Develop and maintain Business Intelligence dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) to transform data analysis into visual insights for decision-making across different areas (Finance, Product, B2B, etc.). * Lead budget control and tracking, analyzing variances and their financial implications. * Ensure the integrity, quality, and automation of data used for modeling and financial projections. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 2 years of experience in Data Analysis, Financial BI, or Financial Planning (FP&A). * Completed bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Administration, or related field. * Advanced Excel skills essential for advanced modeling (macros, power queries, management of complex databases, scenarios). * SQL/BI (Key): Proven experience in SQL for queries and data extraction, or proficiency in visualization and dashboard tools such as Power BI or Tableau. * Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and forecasting / budgeting techniques. * Plus: Intermediate English. **Key Competencies:** **Soft Skills** * Strategic thinking and curiosity * Superior analytical ability and attention to detail * Proactivity and strong sense of ownership * Effective communication and collaborative work **Hard Skills** * SQL or BI Tools (Power BI / Tableau) * Predictive Financial Modeling and scenario simulation * Big Data / Operational Data Analysis for Forecasting * Knowledge of accounting and budgeting principles **Benefits:** * Salary range depending on experience and position.
