This role is key to driving financial planning, supporting strategic decision-making, and optimizing the organization's economic performance. Are you a certified Accountant? Do you have conversational English skills? Do you have more than 3 years of experience in Controlling and FP&A? Do you have experience in multinational companies? **Previous experience in:** * Budget management and control. Prepare and coordinate the annual general budget with all departments (finance, operations, HR, etc.). Establish a structured monthly follow-up process. Analyze significant variances and present corrective action proposals to the management committee 2\. Profitability and performance analysis. Evaluate profitability by business lines, subsidiaries, customers, or products. Identify unprofitable units and propose actions (reorganization, elimination, investment). Establish financial and operational KPIs across the organization. 3\. Internal control and compliance. Design and implement robust internal controls to prevent errors, fraud, or conflicts of interest. Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting legislation, and local regulations. 4\. Relationship with ownership and management. Prepare financial reports focusing on key indicators. Maintain a long-term vision aligned with values and objectives. 5\. Support in strategic decision-making. Analyze investment, expansion, acquisition, or strategic alliance scenarios. Evaluate succession plans, professionalization, or restructuring. Participate in defining the 3\-5 year strategic plan. 7\. Financial education and control culture Promote a culture of control and financial analysis within the organization.
