




At **Key Capital**, we transform engineering, law, and finance into comprehensive solutions for the country's most ambitious projects: **Maya Train, Dos Bocas, Ferromex, SEDENA, CONAGUA… and we're aiming higher.** We are seeking a **Purchasing Manager** with solid experience in negotiation and strategic procurement management, preferably within the **construction or infrastructure sector**, who will ensure timely supply of key materials, services, and subcontracting for our project operations. ### **Work Location** Insurgentes Sur, CDMX (next to Plaza Manacar, near MB Río Churubusco). ### **Requirements** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Commercial Relations, Industrial Engineering, or related field (**degree and professional license required**). * Minimum of **5 years of experience** in procurement and supply chain, preferably in construction or related industries. * Experience leading supplier negotiation and evaluation processes. * Knowledge in: * Maintenance subcontracting. * Procurement of civil works materials and supplies. * Negotiation with service providers and machinery rental suppliers. * Quotations for flights, accommodations, and camp logistics. * Intermediate **Excel skills**. * Leadership, organization, and results-oriented mindset. * Flexible availability and strong sense of urgency. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise the purchasing department. * Ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective strategic procurement of materials and services. * Negotiate with suppliers to obtain optimal pricing, quality, and credit terms. * Prepare and validate contracts, purchase orders, and administrative closures. * Identify cost-saving opportunities and improvements in the supply chain. * Coordinate logistics for special purchases: flights, accommodations, and camps. * Monitor purchasing KPIs and reporting. ### **We Offer** * **Fixed salary: $25,000 net monthly.** * **100% nominal salary.** * Direct employment contract with the company. * Statutory benefits. * Additional benefits: * Grocery vouchers. * 20 days of Christmas bonus. * 40% vacation premium. * Minor medical expense insurance via Minu (savings account, education, telemedicine, psychology, nutrition, veterinary services, etc.). * Scholarships for languages, master's degrees, and specialties.
