Job Summary: Provide support to the Cost Coordinator in planning, analyzing, and tracking production costs to ensure objective achievement. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration in budget management and order closing. **Position Purpose:** Support the Cost Coordinator in executing planning, analysis, and tracking activities for production costs, adhering to standards, policies, and procedures to ensure achievement of factory and business objectives. **Required Knowledge and Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or Industrial Engineering. * 2 years of experience in roles related to accounting and manufacturing cost areas. * Knowledge of manufacturing processes, technical and physical aspects of a factory. * Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI. * SAP knowledge. * Intermediate English language proficiency. * Governance, Risk & Compliance management. **Key Responsibilities:** * Execute monthly tracking of structural expense budgets across various factory departments, facilitating action plans in case of deviations versus plan and/or escalating issues to the factory controller, to ensure alignment with factory and business objectives. * Support the Cost Coordinator in Annual Cost Estimate, Reviews, and Transfer Price activities by collecting and creating required data tables to update cost drivers and primary expenses. * Maintain proper accounting practices by: invoicing sub-products, reconciling miscellaneous receivables accounts, and applying reclassifications of fixed and variable expenses when necessary, to ensure correct account-CECO accounting application per NAS and Standard Cost Manual. * Coordinate monthly production order and inventory closings on time and in compliance with standards, to ensure accurate cost allocation and distribution to products. * Perform reporting and analysis activities for: pricing, material usage variances, and labor variances, aimed at identifying root causes of deviations and implementing focused action plans. * Actively participate in improvement projects targeting zero waste across all factory processes. **Success Factors:** * Understanding of the business environment. * Practicing what one preaches. * Results-oriented mindset. * Self-awareness.
