Dynamic environment with professional growth and high exposure to the CEO. **Soluciona y Evoluciona is seeking a Controller in Lomas De Chapultepec \- Miguel Hidalgo, Ciudad de México** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Finance Controller / Chief Accounting Officer** ------------------------------------------------ **Location:** Mexico City (On-site) **Company:** Agricultural sector **Level:** Strategic / Senior **Compensation:** Highly Competitive ### **Job Objective** We seek a Controller who transcends traditional financial control and becomes a strategic business partner—ensuring reliable information, strengthening processes, and supporting organizational growth. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Ensure reliable and timely financial information for decision-making * Strengthen internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance * Lead the evolution and professionalization of the finance function * Serve as a strategic advisor to the General Management * Develop and implement improvements in financial processes * Provide visibility into business performance, risks, and opportunities * Coordinate and lead the finance\-accounting team ### **Required Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Master’s degree (strongly preferred). * 8+ years of experience in accounting, finance, and controllership.
