Join our team, to work, lead and win \#LikeABosch **Job Description** **Main Objective:** Facilitate the daily operations of the Quality Director by proactively managing schedules, travel, visits, and resources, ensuring a professional and functional environment. **What challenges will you have?** * Manage and coordinate the Director’s schedule * Coordinate national and international travel, as well as expense reports for Management and the department team. * Provide administrative support to team members, handle confidential information, and demonstrate a high level of discretion. * Ensure full compliance with the organization’s process guidelines and all applicable legal requirements. * Responsible for preparing purchase requisitions. * Coordination of various events for the departments/areas supported by the Executive Assistant. **Qualifications** **Who are we looking for?** * Advance English Level is required (C1\-C2\) * Preferably has worked in the automotive industry for at least 3 years * Related experience is required **Technical Knowledge** * Experience with SAP * Excellent communication skills and Time Management * Adaptability * Discretion * Proactivity * Creativity * Sense of urgency * Empathy **Additional Information** **Why Join Us?** At our Toluca Plant, we are committed to fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
