If you are passionate about financial analysis, budget control, and working in dynamic event and production environments, this opportunity is for you. **What will be your mission?** Ensure control, analysis, and optimization of our project budgets, guaranteeing profitability, efficiency, and financial compliance. **Responsibilities** * Preparation and control of project-specific budgets (events, activations, and production). * Profitability analysis by client and by event. * Expense tracking against approved budget. * Validation of quotations and purchase order control. * Identification of variances and proposal of corrective actions. * Project-level financial cash flow forecasting. * Generation of executive reports for management. * Coordination with Production, Design, and Commercial teams to ensure budget alignment. * Cost optimization without compromising customer experience. * Support in monthly financial closings. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field. * 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis or budget control. * Experience in creative agencies, event production, or similar industries is desirable. * Advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory). * Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking. **We are looking for someone with:** ✨ Strategic mindset and results orientation ✨ Negotiation skills ✨ Effective communication with creative teams Proposal of corrective actions. ✨ Proactivity and sense of urgency Employment type: Full-time, Probationary period Contract duration: 3 months Salary: $20,000.00 – $25,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Complimentary beverages * Sick days * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company phone Work location: On-site employment
