Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Manager to plan, execute, and control operations, ensuring production, quality, and profitability. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead operations to ensure production, quality, and profitability. 2. Supervise personnel and coordinate material logistics. 3. Manage quality processes and report KPIs to Management. We are currently seeking an **Operations Manager** **Objective: Plan, execute, and control all operations while ensuring production, quality, and profitability.** Requirements: * Industrial Engineering degree; 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or recycling operations. * Knowledge of NOM waste regulations. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Knowledge of: tons/day compacted, bales produced/day, cost per ton, on-time delivery performance. Responsibilities: * Define daily/weekly production targets. * Supervise two shift supervisors. * Liaise with Italika (raw material supplier) and bale buyers. * Approve quality controls by plastic type. * Report KPIs to General Management (partners). * Manage IMSS, STPS, and environmental permits. * Budgeting and procurement of supplies (polypropylene strapping, steel strapping). * 8Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll. * Maintain basic accounting records and sales invoices (CFDI). * Coordinate freight and carriers for bale deliveries. * Operational document filing and control**** **Interested candidates may apply through this channel** Salary: $35,000.00 MXN per month Work Location: On-site employment
