Position Summary: Operational support in logistics, tracking of indicators and audits, including review of documentation and transportation vehicles. Key Responsibilities: 1. Track and report key performance indicators. 2. Provide operational support to drivers/operators on route. 3. Review and organize administrative documentation. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration, with no more than one year and at least six months remaining to complete the program; eligible for professional internships or social service (with valid optional insurance). Schedule: 20 hours per week, 4 hours daily from 8:00 to 12:00 or from 15:00 to 19:00. Work Type: 100% On-site (AV. RODOLFO GAONA 86, 4TH FLOOR, COL. LOMAS DE SOTELO, MIGUEL HIDALGO, CP 11200.) Desired Experience and Knowledge: Knowledge of ISO 9001 standard. Experience with continuous improvement methodologies. Proficiency in Google Tools preferred but not mandatory. FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Track and report key performance indicators. Follow up on pending items identified during internal audits and customer requirements. Review the daily closure of service orders. Provide operational support to drivers/operators on route. Review and organize administrative documentation.
