




Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Analyst to manage and provide support for the activation and administration of telephone lines, ensuring service configuration and incident resolution. We are currently looking for your talent to join us as: Junior Mobile Telephony Management Analyst: Experience: Interns from degrees in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. 1 year of experience in: managing, validating, and supporting the activation and administration of telephone lines, ensuring correct service configuration, efficient incident handling, and accurate updating of databases related to area codes, regions, coverage, and line assignments to users, in compliance with established SLAs. Responsibilities: Manage telephone line activation via the TELCEL portal. Handle and resolve incidents via the Xperto portal. Validate mobile data, plans, area codes, and regions. Activate physical SIM cards and eSIMs. Track incidents to resolution. Validate network coverage with users. Update and maintain databases. Ensure information quality and consistency. Essential Skills: Advanced Excel (pivot tables), information analysis, mobile telephony, incident management, database handling, concepts of coverage and mobile plans. Work Modality: 100% on-site at Av. Insurgentes Sur, CDMX. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
