Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Project Leader to manage IT projects, gather requirements, analyze processes, and ensure effective communication between business and IT. Key Highlights: 1. Manages IT projects and gathers business requirements. 2. Analyzes and optimizes administrative processes with a focus on continuous improvement. 3. Communicates effectively between technical and business areas. Junior Project Leader vacancy with the following profile: Mandatory Tools: • Communication tools: Teams and Google Meet. • Project management, tracking, and control tools: Jira and ServiceNow. • Documentation tools: Google Docs, Confluence, and SharePoint. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, Visio). • Basic knowledge of SCRUM and/or PMBOK frameworks. Job Responsibilities: • Requirements elicitation and management. (Translating business needs into technical specifications, prioritizing requirements, managing changes) • Administrative process analysis. (Modeling AS-IS / TO-BE processes, identifying operational inefficiencies, and diagramming workflows) • Functional and administrative documentation. (Functional specifications, user manuals, policies, procedures, and traceability matrices) • Project management. (Tracking schedules, development, QA, and business activities; controlling deliverables, risks, and incidents) • Basic knowledge of enterprise systems. (Functional administration, configuration, user support, and coordination with technical teams) • Compliance and internal controls. (Ensuring policy compliance, validating access controls, supporting internal/external audits) • Continuous improvement. (Identifying optimization opportunities and automating manual processes) • Cross-departmental communication. (Acting as a bridge between business and IT, translating technical language into business terms and vice versa, facilitating meetings and decision-making) Soft Skills: • Attention to detail and analytical thinking. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Commitment to continuous learning and openness to feedback. • Ability to follow processes and methodologies. • Teamwork and collaboration with technical and business departments. • Commitment to quality and accountability in delivering results. Desirable Qualifications: • Basic knowledge of SAP and Salesforce CRM systems. • General understanding of environments (dev, QA, prod). • Familiarity with tools for generating SQL queries, REST requests via Postman, and SOAP requests via SoapUI. • Knowledge of development troubleshooting tools: Dev Tools. • Basic understanding of enterprise systems.
