Interaction with multidisciplinary teams Architect / Civil Engineer – Administrative Project Coordination Location: POLANCO Position Objective Coordinate and comprehensively monitor construction projects, ensuring administrative, technical, and documentary control from planning through execution, guaranteeing on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. Main Responsibilities Provide administrative and operational monitoring of construction projects. Review and validate construction estimates (volumes, progress, costs). Prepare, interpret, and update architectural and/or civil drawings. Coordinate the integration and control of project documentation. Manage estimation sheets and physical-financial progress tracking. Review and monitor personnel and supplier contracts on-site. Ensure compliance with administrative processes related to construction. Coordinate with various departments (operations, suppliers, clients). Conduct site visits for supervision and information gathering. Identify project deviations and propose solutions. Essential Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (graduated or intern). Experience: 2–3 years in construction administration and control. Experience reviewing estimates and monitoring projects. Knowledge of preparing and interpreting drawings. Proficiency in construction administrative documentation (contracts, reports, progress updates). Willingness to travel (MANDATORY). Technical Knowledge AutoCAD (intermediate/advanced). Excel (progress tracking, estimates, reporting). Construction control (estimates, budgets, progress). Reading of architectural and structural drawings. Project document management. Soft Skills Organization and attention to detail. Process monitoring and control. Effective communication. Proactivity and sense of urgency. Ability to work under pressure. Problem-solving capability. Position Conditions Work Mode: On-site / at construction sites (project-dependent). Willingness to travel frequently.
