A leading company in satellite tracking and telemetry solutions is seeking a Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence Analyst, with a focus on process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement. The role is oriented toward identifying opportunities to improve commercial and operational processes using Artificial Intelligence, analytics, and process management methodologies (BPM, Lean, and Kaizen), as well as designing technology solutions that increase efficiency and enhance customer experience. The candidate will collaborate with technical teams to define AI-based solutions, process automation, and digital tools, participating in the implementation of digital transformation initiatives within the organization. · Responsibilities Analyze and document business processes in commercial and operational areas. Identify opportunities for optimization and automation using Artificial Intelligence. Design AI use cases (chatbots, voice bots, intelligent assistants). Propose improvements based on process methodologies such as BPM, Lean, and Kaizen. Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and security teams for solution implementation. Participate in the conceptual design of technology solutions and automation architectures. Implement proof-of-concept (POC) pilots to validate AI solutions. Measure initiative impact using KPIs related to efficiency, productivity, and customer experience. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, IT Management, or related field. 3–6 years of experience in business process analysis or digital transformation. Knowledge of process management (BPM), Lean, and/or Kaizen. Experience in process automation or implementation of technology solutions. Desirable experience in commercial areas, operations, or customer service. Proficiency with office productivity tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Desirable experience with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or others).
