Job Summary: A leading Mexican company is seeking an Accounting Analyst to ensure financial integrity and tax compliance, supporting project cost management and international operations. Position: Accounting Analyst for the Construction Sector Reference: NLSCTB\-WU\-W0091\-CDM Work Location: Santa Fé, Mexico City Description: A prominent Mexican company specializing in engineering, industrial installation, and maintenance services, with over 12 years of experience and projects across more than 5 countries, is seeking an Accounting Analyst. The purpose of this role is to ensure the integrity of financial information and compliance with the company’s tax obligations, while providing support in managing project costs and the organization’s international operations. Main Responsibilities and Functions: \* Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and clean-up of balance sheet accounts, including customers, suppliers, and debtors. \* Support in determining federal and local taxes, as well as in preparing electronic accounting records. \* Monitor invoicing from industrial service providers and manage collections for active projects. \* Control the recording and depreciation of specialized machinery and equipment used in construction sites and installations. \* Collaborate in issuing monthly financial statements and expense reports by cost center for each project. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience performing accounting functions (preferably within construction, engineering, or industrial service companies). Knowledge: \* Proficiency in Financial Information Standards (NIF). \* Up-to-date knowledge of the Income Tax Law (ISR), Value Added Tax (IVA), and current tax regulations. \* Experience with accounting software (e.g., Contpaqi, SAP, COI, or similar) and SAT portals. \* Intermediate-level Excel (pivot tables and advanced formulas). \* Familiarity with e-invoicing 4\.0 and payment complements. Requirements: \* English: Intermediate level (able to read technical documentation and conduct basic communication regarding international projects). \* Sense of urgency and organizational skills. \* Strong analytical ability and attention to detail. \* Professional ethics and handling of confidential information. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting (Professional Degree certificate mandatory). Salary: $16,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
