Active participation in technological events and workshops Job Objective: Ensure the proper functioning of Mexico Makers’ technological infrastructure by providing technical support, preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as proposing technological improvements that optimize internal operations and user experience. Requirements: **Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Computer Science, IT, or related field (degree holder). **Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support or IT-related areas **Experience in user support Technical Knowledge: -->Operating systems (Windows, macOS). -->Basic networking (configuration, troubleshooting). -->Equipment maintenance. -->Google Workspace / Microsoft 365. -->Antivirus management and basic cybersecurity. -->Desirable: 3D printer operation. Main Responsibilities: **Provide technical support to users (hardware, software, network) **Install, configure, and maintain computing equipment and technological devices **Administer networks (LAN/WiFi), basic servers, and internal systems. **Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment. **Manage incidents and support tickets. **Implement technological improvements to optimize processes. **Support the integration of digital tools and software. **Safeguard information security (backups, access control, antivirus). **Coordinate with technology vendors when necessary. **Support the technological operation of events or workshops (highly important for Mexico Makers’ business model).
