




Job Summary: We are seeking a candidate with basic field experience to develop into an Installation Technician, leading teams and managing project safety and progress. Key Highlights: 1. This position serves as the entry point for developing into an Installation Technician. RESPONSIBILITIES: Safety Management: Preparation of work permits (AST/DC-3) and management of authorized signatures for commencement of activities. Safety Talks: Deliver safety talks prior to initiating activities at the worksite. Operational Reporting: Submit daily activity reports detailing relevant on-site events. Progress Control: Generate and validate construction progress trackers for estimations and targets. Asset Safeguarding: Inventory and maintenance of tools, materials, equipment, and installation accessories. Personnel Management: Lead the assigned team to foster a collaborative working environment. Safety and Hygiene: Ensure mandatory and correct use of PPE by all team members. Work at Heights: Supervise the proper condition and use of harnesses, lifelines, and ladders. Area Safety: Accurately demarcate and signpost the work area to protect personnel and third parties.
