Focus on organization, adaptability, and customer service JOIN THE MACSTORE TEAM At MacStore, an Apple Premium Reseller (APR) and leader in Latin America, we seek a Wildcard Cashier with a focus on organization, adaptability, and customer service. This is a key and dynamic position within our store team, designed for individuals who enjoy movement, interacting with different work teams, and providing support across various branches in Mexico City according to operational needs. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Handle cash and valuables across assigned branches within CDMX. Perform cash reconciliations and closing procedures. Operate banking terminals. Provide direct customer service at the point of sale. Support general cashier functions as per the assigned store’s processes. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOU? Completed high school education. Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role (cashier/collection). Excellent availability for scheduling and willingness to travel to any of our branches in CDMX. Strong interest in interacting with people and delivering customer service. Organization, responsibility, and strict adherence to procedures. SCHEDULE Monday to Sunday. 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Rotating weekly days off.
