Collaboration with a growing company At TALENT TRAIN, we are looking for an **Occupational Safety Instructor** with experience in training and practical application of occupational safety and health regulations. You will be responsible for delivering theoretical\-practical courses focused on occupational risk prevention, promoting a safety culture and regulatory compliance in public and private sector organizations. **Responsibilities** * Delivery of safety and hygiene training courses * Development and adaptation of instructional materials * Administration of diagnostic and final evaluations * Group management and facilitation of learning * Preparation of training reports * Generation of evidence (attendance lists, photographs, results) **Requirements** * Completed bachelor’s degree or engineering degree (Industrial, Occupational Safety and Hygiene, Environmental, or related field) * Minimum 3 years’ experience in occupational safety and health * Demonstrable experience delivering courses or training sessions * Knowledge of: * Risk identification and analysis * Occupational safety regulations (STPS) * Accident prevention * Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) * Availability to deliver in-person training **Desirable** * Registration as a trainer with STPS (DC\-5\) * Certification as an instructor (EC021 or equivalent) * Experience in topics such as: * Work at heights * Handling of hazardous chemicals * Emergency response teams / civil protection **Competencies** * Communication skills * Group management skills * Practical and dynamic approach * Responsibility and organization * Results orientation **We Offer** * Payment per course or session (to be negotiated based on experience) * Opportunity to participate in various training projects * Continuous professional development * Collaboration with a growing company Salary: $400\.00 \- $1,100\.00 per hour Workplace: Remote/hybrid in Cuauhtémoc, CDMX
