Food vouchers worth $400.00 Unit handling in Naucalpan **Interns, recent graduates** Related engineering disciplines in Biological and Health Sciences or Exact Sciences Minimum 6 months in a similar position, preferably in the food industry **Objective:** Plan, supervise, and monitor compliance with HSEQ management systems within Aramark’s Food Service operations, Ensure compliance with legal requirements, internal standards, and customer requirements, fostering a culture of continuous HSEQ improvement. Prevent accidents, protect employee health and well-being, minimize environmental impact, and ensure product and service quality and safety. **Responsibilities:** **Ensure achievement of HSEQ objectives.** Promote accountability and decision-making among supervised personnel. Encourage proactivity and process analysis to achieve HSEQ objectives for supervised personnel. Optimize available resources for implementing HSEQ processes. Ensure investigation of incidents, accidents, or hazardous situations and propose corrective actions. Support audit and inspection processes by authorities. Analyze and implement management systems ensuring legal and regulatory compliance. Analyze proper implementation and maintenance of HSEQ management systems. Good Manufacturing Practices (NOM 251\) and/or H Certification (NMX 605\) and/or Serv Safe. Basic concepts of food microbiology. Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 standards, and Mexican legislation on Safety, Health, Civil Protection, Environment, SSA, and environmental regulations. Ability to deliver training courses to operational staff. **Skills:** Leadership, Analytical thinking, Problem solving, Decision making, Proactivity REQUIREMENTS **Competencies:** **Identification and management of operational risks** Ability to identify hazards, assess risks, and establish effective operational controls aligned with applicable regulations (STPS, NOMs), ISO systems, and corporate policies. Includes incident analysis, just culture, and proactive prevention. **Regulatory technical knowledge** Up-to-date expertise in Safety, Health, and Environmental legislation (NOM-STPS, NOM-SEMARNAT), as well as international standards (ISO 45001, 14001, 9001\). Must be able to interpret and practically apply them within the unit. **Program and training management** Ability to design, coordinate, and deliver training programs (inductions, SAFE program, emergencies, PPE usage, ergonomics, etc.), as well as manage implementation of safety, health, and environmental programs across each unit. Includes ensuring legal compliance, Aramark corporate requirements, and customer commitments, generating and maintaining documentary evidence (records, attendance lists, logs, checklists, photographic reports, compliance matrices, competency assessments) demonstrating progress level and supporting internal, external, and customer audits. **Effective communication and operational leadership** Ability to communicate critical safety information clearly, empathetically, and assertively, influencing safe behaviors at all levels (operations, management, customers, suppliers). Includes coaching, feedback delivery, and managing behaviors in process/operational areas. **Incident management and emergency response** Competence to respond to incidents, conduct root cause investigations, coordinate immediate actions, maintain communication with stakeholders (unit manager, customer, corporate), and ensure implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
