Your role will be: Be responsible for the coordination, monitoring, and compliance of **Civil Protection** programs in stores, distribution centers, and corporate offices, ensuring the safety of our facilities and the well-being of people. Key responsibilities: * Coordinate with accredited third parties to obtain Civil Protection approvals. * Supervise the development and physical delivery of Civil Protection programs in stores. * Provide advisory and support services on Civil Protection matters to stores and distribution centers. * Design and monitor the **training and drill program**. * Coordinate with internal departments (Maintenance, Safety and Hygiene, Loss Prevention, Internal Consumption, and Construction) for proper management of: * Fire extinguishers, hydrants, first-aid kits, smoke detectors, signage, and structural/electrical assessments. * Promptly respond to inspection reports from Civil Protection and Fire Departments. * Review and update the Civil Protection folder at each unit. What we are looking for: * Completed bachelor’s degree in Civil Protection, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field. * Knowledge of Civil Protection, safety, and hygiene regulations. * Intermediate level of Excel (pivot tables and reports). * Experience coordinating with authorities, inspections, and document management. Soft skills: * Ethics and responsibility in handling information. * Organization and attention to detail. * Initiative and ability to work under pressure. * Service-oriented attitude and teamwork.
