




**Hotel:** LUURE **Location:** Bosque Real **Department:** Housekeeping / Operations **Position Type:** Operational **Schedule:** Rotating ### **Position Objective** Coordinate and monitor the status of hotel rooms, ensuring efficient communication among Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Maintenance, as well as performing minor repairs to guarantee functional and optimal room conditions. ### **Functions and Responsibilities** * Perform **minor repairs** related to: * **Carpentry** (door adjustments, furniture, locks). * **Masonry** (basic patching, securing fixtures). * **Plumbing** (faucet replacement, repair of minor leaks, sanitary fixtures). * Execute and schedule preventive maintenance activities for plumbing, electrical systems, security systems, and other hotel equipment. * Carry out corrective repairs and maintenance as needed to resolve technical issues and minimize service disruptions. * Conduct regular facility inspections to identify any maintenance or repair requirements. * Ensure all equipment and systems comply with established safety and operational standards. * Maintain accurate records of spare parts and tools inventory required for maintenance activities. * Coordinate procurement of materials and supplies necessary for maintenance operations. * Collaborate closely with other departments, providing technical support and ensuring facility integrity during special events and hotel activities. * Assist in planning and executing facility renovation and improvement projects. * Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to building and facility maintenance. * Maintain high safety standards for both staff and guests during all maintenance activities. ### **Requirements** * Prior experience in hospitality or similar operational roles (preferred). * **Basic knowledge of carpentry, masonry, and plumbing.** * Basic computer and hotel system proficiency. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Effective communication and teamwork abilities. * Availability to work rotating shifts. ### **Competencies** * Organization * Sense of urgency * Service orientation * Problem solving * Manual and technical ability ### **We Offer** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability.
