Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to create engaging visual content, adapt materials, and ensure brand consistency across social media platforms. Key Highlights: 1. Manage multiple deliverables and propose improvements **WE ARE LOOKING FOR TALENTED JUNIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNERS!** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field. * Proficiency in Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.). * Experience in digital content creation. * Creativity and attention to detail. **Main Responsibilities:** * Design graphic assets for social media * Adapt content to various formats and platforms * Perform basic audiovisual editing for social media * Ensure visual consistency according to brand guidelines (branding). * Collaborate with content and strategy teams to develop creative concepts. * Optimize visual formats based on performance metrics and digital best practices. * Manage multiple deliverables against editorial calendars. * Propose visual trends and creative improvements for campaigns. * Prepare final files in appropriate formats for publication. **Desirable Skills in:** * Adobe Creative Suite * Canva / Canva Pro * CapCut or short-form video editing tools for social media. * Figma * Meta Business Suite * TikTok Creative Center * Google Drive / Dropbox * Monday.com or project management tools. * Visual resource libraries (Freepik, Envato, Shutterstock). **We Offer** * Competitive salary based on experience * Statutory benefits. * Hybrid work arrangement.
