




Job Summary: We are seeking a highly execution-oriented, organized, and detail-oriented Community Manager to ensure content strategy excellence and maintain an active community. At **SER Digital Media**, we are looking for a Community Manager with a highly execution-oriented, organized, and detail-oriented profile. Your primary mission will be to ensure our clients’ content strategies are deployed with excellence, maintaining an active community and reporting results accurately. If you are someone who values order, follows processes rigorously, and possesses a “clinical eye” for digital details, this role is for you. **Key Responsibilities:** **1. Content Execution and Adaptation** * Writing copy, captions, and Stories text with excellent spelling and grammar. * Executing creative ideas and guidelines already defined by the strategic team. * Adapting texts and formats per platform (Reels, Carousels, Stories, etc.). * Monitoring trends applicable to wellness and health brands. **2. Scheduling and Publishing** * Scheduling content on relevant platforms (Meta Business Suite, Metricool, etc.). * Ensuring timely and accurate publishing according to the editorial calendar. * **Quality Check:** Verifying links, hashtags, and formatting before “sending.” **3. Community Management (Social CRM)** * Daily moderation and response to comments and direct messages. * Maintaining communication aligned with each brand’s tone of voice. * Escalating sensitive situations or strategic questions to the Account Manager. **4. Operational Coordination** * Proactively managing assets with design and editing teams. * Strictly following the workflow defined by Management. * Meeting all deadlines without last-minute exceptions. **5.
