Summary: This role involves designing visual content, proposing creative directions, managing content calendars and social media, and providing creative support for marketing campaigns. Opportunity to work with service or lifestyle brands in an agency environment. **What you will do** **Design** Create visual pieces for social media, email and print marketing. Examples: social posts, flyers, simple presentations and campaign assets. **Creative proposals** Propose visual directions and look \& feel for different campaigns and brands. **Content planning** Build and maintain monthly content calendars for different client accounts. **Social media management** Schedule and manage posts across platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn. **Creative support for campaigns** Prepare and adapt visual assets for paid media and marketing campaigns. **Our team is looking for someone who** * Has **a strong visual eye** and good aesthetic judgment * Can design clear and well\-balanced layouts for digital formats * Has **3–5 years' experience** in design and campaign management * Is organized and comfortable managing several accounts at once * Can communicate ideas clearly with clients * Works proactively and takes ownership of projects **Technical Skills** * Design tools such as **Adobe suite or similar** * Social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) * Basic knowledge of social media formats and best practices * Google Sheets / Excel for simple reporting * Project management tools such as Asana or Trello **Nice to have** * Experience working with **service or lifestyle brands** * Basic understanding of **paid media formats** * Experience working in an **agency environment** **Compensation** Salary: **$18,000 – $25,000 MXN depending on experience** Hybrid work model (3 days in office) Flexible vacation Sueldo: $18,000\.00 \- $25,000\.00 al mes Beneficios: * Horarios flexibles * Seguro de gastos médicos mayores * Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldo Lugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en 06140, Colonia Condesa, CDMX
