**Job Opening: Thanatologist** **Who Are We?** At **Be You Selfcare Center**, we are a holistic wellness space that integrates psychology, coaching, nutrition, and personal image, with a focus on emotional and human support during grief, loss, and life transitions. **Job Objective** To provide professional thanatological support to individuals and families experiencing grief, loss, or significant life changes, through empathetic, ethical, and personalized interventions. **Responsibilities** * Provide individual thanatological support in person and/or online. * Conduct initial interviews and assessments of the grieving process. * Design thanatological support plans tailored to the client’s needs. * Support individuals through various types of loss (death, illness, separation, major life changes, among others). * Facilitate emotional expression and the process of reinterpreting loss. * Maintain updated and confidential support records. * Collaborate with the center’s interdisciplinary team. * Refer clients to other specialists when required. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field (preferred). * Training in Thanatology (diploma, specialization, or certification required). * Minimum 1 year of experience providing thanatological support. * Availability for in-person and/or online sessions. **Competencies** * High empathy, sensitivity, and human quality. * Active listening and emotional containment skills. * Professional ethics and responsible handling of confidentiality. * Ability to work with intense emotions and crisis situations. * Clear and respectful communication. * Affinity with Be You’s holistic and human-centered approach. **We Offer** * The opportunity to join a growing holistic wellness center. * A professional, respectful, and collaborative work environment. * Flexible working hours. * Administrative support and patient reception assistance. * Opportunities for professional development and growth. **Apply through this channel.** Job Type: Full-time Salary: $300.00 - $500.00 per hour Expected Hours: 5 to 10 hours per week Work Location: On-site employment
