Here, we do more than serve customers: **we work as a team, exceed goals, and win every day.** **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** Provide friendly and personalized customer service Advise customers on products, sizes, and pricing Offer add-on sales (backpacks, socks, balls, etc.) Organize merchandise and maintain an immaculate store Meet weekly targets to earn commissions (If assigned as shift leader) open/close the store and lead the team **Here, you decide how much you earn: the more you sell, the more you earn.** * **Rotating shifts (with 1-hour lunch break):** 9:00am – 6:00pm 10:00am – 7:00pm 11:00am – 8:00pm 12:00pm – 9:00pm Monday through Sunday; one weekday day off; rotating schedule and day off **Attractive, fully tax-free income** **Base salary:** **$9,583 net monthly** ➡️ **Weekly payment:** **$** **2,236** (every Wednesday) **Why is the weekly payment $2,236 if the monthly salary is $9,583?** Per the **Federal Labor Law**, salaries are calculated based on the **daily wage**, regardless of whether payments are made weekly, biweekly, or monthly. The calculation works as follows: * **First, determine the daily wage** * The monthly salary is always divided by 30 days: This is the **daily wage**. * **Then multiply by the payment frequency** * Since payment is **weekly**, multiply the daily wage by **7 days**: ✅ **That’s why the weekly payment is $2,236**, even though the total monthly salary is $9,583\.
