Job Summary: Coordinate, support, and manage Operator Committees' activities, implementing national initiatives and fostering local development across 8 states. Key Highlights: 1. Job Objective Coordinate, support, and manage Operator Committees' activities across 8 states of the United Mexican States, ensuring implementation of mandatory national initiatives and promoting development of state-specific local initiatives in the areas of social, economic, environmental, and employee-related matters. Main Responsibilities Coordinate and support social, environmental, business, and employee-related activities and initiatives of State Operator Committees in the 8 assigned states. * Assist State Committees in organizing themselves and generating local initiatives responsive to each region’s specific needs and contexts. * Provide guidance and resources for developing and executing local projects. * Establish and maintain strong relationships with various organizational levels, including executives, committee members, and other key stakeholders. * Serve as a liaison between State Committees and central structures to ensure smooth and effective communication. * Identify and promote the use of innovative technologies that optimize committees’ processes and activities. * Develop and implement a technology-focused strategic plan to improve quality of life, documentation, and operations of Operational Committees nationwide. * Monitor and evaluate local and national initiatives to ensure compliance and effectiveness.I4 * Provide periodic reports on initiative progress and outcomes to central structures.
