Position Summary: We are seeking an optometrist focused on customer service, consultative selling, and operation of modern optical equipment for a premium optical practice specializing in visual health. Focus on customer service and consultative selling We are ZEISS Vision Center by Tutto Vision, a premium optical practice specializing in visual health, equipped with advanced diagnostic technology and personalized care. We seek optometrists focused on customer service, consultative selling, and operation of modern optical equipment. Essential Requirements * **Bachelor's Degree in Optometry** (graduated or completing graduation within maximum 4 months) * **Technicians and incomplete studies will not be considered** * **Minimum 2 years of experience** as an optometrist in optical retail * Solid knowledge of: * Comprehensive vision examinations and ocular health assessment * Operation of state-of-the-art digital equipment (**ZEISS, Essilor, etc.**) * Lens brands, frames, laboratories, and optical technology * Passion for **consultative selling** and **participation in visual health campaigns** * Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor, and service orientation * Professional appearance * **Availability to attend campaigns** in CDMX, State of Mexico, and nearby states * Important: **We are a premium optical practice, not a clinic.** We Offer: * **Starting base salary:** $12,000 \- $13,000 net * **$3,000 net monthly bonus** based on performance goals (quality service, post-sale follow-up, minimum warranty fulfillment) * **Salary increases** in the short and medium term * **Ongoing training** in products, sales, and optical technology (including ZEISS technology) * Life insurance * Annual lens allowance of **$3,000** \+ preferential discounts * Complimentary uniforms * **Work location:** Torre Carracci \- near MB Félix Cuevas (Line 1\) * **Working hours:** Monday to Saturday * **Days off:** Fixed Sundays plus possibility of 1 or 2 additional weekdays off (depending on season). **Responsibilities:** * Conduct comprehensive vision examinations and assess ocular health * Operate cutting-edge ZEISS optical technology * Prescribe customized vision prescriptions and solutions * Advise patients on visual hygiene, products, and optical solutions * Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records * Perform consultative selling of lenses and frames * Participate in external visual health campaigns when scheduled Are you interested in joining a **ZEISS Vision Center** and growing within a premium optical practice?
