Your main responsibilities will be: * Responding to and following up with customers via digital platforms (social media, email, and phone). * Assisting in tracking customer requests and orders. * Entering and updating information in our CRM and internal systems. * Supporting commercial processes within the department. * Actively collaborating to achieve departmental goals. ***What do you need to apply?*** * Graduates from commercial fields (preferred but not mandatory). * No prior experience required!
