Job Objective Administration of employer registration records to fulfill obligations related to IMSS, Infonavit, and Fonacot; address and resolve observations raised by the Audit Department. Main Responsibilities Submission of IMSS and INFONAVIT, as well as Fonacot documentation to the Audit Department. \*Input of incident data, summaries, and payment files into the incident portal. \*Review and processing of incidents reported via the portal. \*Generation of payment files and payment reference numbers (líneas de captura). \*Handling of requests and inquiries. Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration (degree conferred). \*Knowledge of IMSS, Infonavit, and Fonacot regulations and procedures. \*Knowledge of Profit-Sharing (PTU). \*Proficiency in Excel. \*Familiarity with SUA (Sistema Único de Afiliación). \*Experience with SAP (desirable). \*Experience managing IMSS and Infonavit online portals. \*Submission of affiliation transactions to IMSS and calculation of the Base Salary for Contributions (Salario Base de Cotización). \*Processing of procedures before IMSS, Infonavit, and Fonacot. \*Calculation of the Risk Classification Premium Declaration.
